Overall, great job on repairing my Mercedes, I was very impressed the finishes. Detailing could have been done a little better, my car smelled great and it felt so good to hop back into my ride. My rep Gerald was great, and was always available to assist me through the process the entire time. Being able to receive text alerts and updates the entire time to keep you update-to-date is a plus.

We have had our cars fixed before but this was the first time a repair shop has given us a day by day report on the progress of the repairs. My husband and I appreciated it. We knew actually what was being done and when to pick our truck up. When we did, it had been washed inside and out. A extra touch not expected. Thank you for a job well done!

I am not at all pleased with the repair, the paint is not to pre-accident conditions and all I get is excuses why it can't be done. In addition I did not receive the paperwork for the tire repair. I am going to have a second opinion on the work and take my matters to court.
