Lauren went above and beyond answering our questions and coordinating with USAA. Her knowledge of the repair process was reassuring. Seriously, Lauren is one of the best company representatives I have ever met in a service industry position. Because of her (and the beautiful work on the car), we will not hesitate to refer customers to Kendrik.

First off, I was greeted with friendly staff, and squared away pretty quickly. Secondly, I was kept up to date throughout the whole repair process. Finally, I got my car back looking good as new and 8 days before it was expected to be finished. You can bet that I was completely satisfied!

This is the second car I've owned and had repaired by two separate kendricks locations. Both cars were repaired and both cars were damaged by the people repairing the cars. My current car I just picked up I was told that I have to take to the dealership and I have to have the dealership fix it because kendricks on 15th street doesn't know how to fix what they broke. I'll never use kendrick's again and have already passed the word on to all social media sites.
