Seemed as the main secretary was out of the loop with what was happening with the schedule. With that, she seemed to become pushy and kind of rude. Repairs seem to be good, car was clean, but a very bad odor in the vehicle. Smells like paint products and chemicals. Before my wife got home, she had a bad headache from the odors.
