From the moment I entered the shop, I was greeted with a customer - focused approach. I believe the person who met me was Maranda, explaining the general outlay of what would be happening. Adam took over from there and further explained the course that would be taken for my car. He explained everything in detail and assured me that he would be my contact throughout the process.
