I am so happy with my experience with abra. From the first phone call I made to them I was treated with respect. From a customer's standpoint, dealing with car problems can be extremely stressful. Most mechanics and body shops that I've dealt with treat customers like idiots and you can tell that they try to take advantage of you. I had a very different experience with Abra. Tonya was great, and the manager Matt was especially helpful. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Their customer service is far beyond that of any I've received in the past from other body shops. Not only that, but my car turned out excellent, and I was back on the road quicker than I expected to be. I have already recommended Abra to others and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you to all the staff at Abra auto body for making my stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Hello My whole experience with ABRA was amazing. I'm astonished how quick of a response I received from my Auto Damage Adjuster Miss Maggie Proffit , Geico Insurance and Angie **** customer Service Manager (ABRA) , Matt Stiffler General Manager (ABRA). My accident happened on a Monday night I contacted Geico Insurance and my vehicle was completed Thursday afternoon. Unbelievable the team work from everyone and how I was always kept up to date with the whole process. I have had nothing but great comments on the work From everyone who has seen the finished workmanship. All the way from repairs to they even washed and detailed (cleaned) the outside as well as the inside of my vehicle. I have recommended to everyone if you have any auto body work or glass repair the best service and quick to respond ABRA Auto body and glass is the BEST. My hood was not replaced. I have pics from the accident scene showing that the hood was damaged in the collision. Instead I get a car with a bunch of touch-up paint on it. I'm not pleased at all and I will file complaints with my insurer and the BBB.
