Rodney Todd, (Service Mgr) is great! Although this is the first collision repair I have experienced in 40 yrs of driving, I braced myself for service on par with the airline or cable industries. What I encountered was a highly trained and professional staff who recognize service as the differentiator from their competition! Rodney and staff exceeded my service expectations by all the little things they do daily starting with telephone courtesy and responsiveness! They set clear expectations of the work to be performed, a timeline and provided daily status updates be phone or text. I'm a very discerning customer with high expectations of professionalism and service and at every touch point, the ABRA Team created confidence that my vehicle was in the best of hands! Bottom line, you have a manager who understands the importance of service and models expectations for others and I would be surprised if the Webster St, Dayton, Ohio store is not one of your most profitable and successful! You either have one hell of a national training/orientation program for managers or you stumbled into a guy who really gets it! Great Customer Service, every one was very personable which i loved. The over all plus they fixed my rear bumper perfectly and they cleaned the inside of my car. Which was great seeing as though my injury from the accident had me very much under the weather. Overall great service
