The staff was courteous and stayed in touch with me while my car was in the shop.

When I went to pick my car up there was a piece that was kind of off I looked at it I asked them about it was told to Geico said that it wasn't part of the accident because it was on the opposite side even though the bumper was completely pushed off on the right side no one ever contacted me about it or ask me about it when the bumper broke off it was dragged under the car on that side which would account for the scuff marks and I was only told when I picked it up then I was told somebody would call me today from GEICO about it never received a phone call the employees were very professional very friendly the work that was done is very satisfactory but I feel like I should have been contacted about the part that wasn't fixed because I do believe it was part of the accident I had recently in the first week in November waxed and detailed the car and it was not like that then

Very nice job and cleaned car really well

Steve was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My car looked great and was even vacuumed out. My only complaint is that the computer contacted me that my car was finished before it actually was so I drove down for nothing one day however Steve did all he could to fix it.
