When called re repairs, I was told that some additional damage was found beneath the vehicle and that too would be addressed, but that did not turn out to be the case. I'm wondering why there was a miscommunication.

My daughter asked about a pinging. They told her it was nothing when she took the car off the lot. They went to a garage and it had less than 17% of the oil in the car that it needed. Doesn't someone check all the fluids. I will let you know about everything else soon. RON was very nice throughout the ordeal. We had this vehicle for 45 mins off the dealer lot when this incident occurred originally. It has been a nightmare. Bob Summerel needs to be more thorough.
