I am extremely satisfied with my recent repair. While the insurance company did a poor estimate and didn't really have my back when it came to good parts, ABRA absolutely went the extra mile to "make it right" and make me happy. Steve especially I would like to thank, he always called me with updates and again just went the extra mile. Also whoever cleans the cars after the repair is complete is amazing, my car hasnt been this clean in a while. Thank you all for giving me back my car the way it should be, I like the car too much and desired a perfect repair and I got it back perfect! VERY HAPPY I decided to get my car repaired at ABRA AUTO BODY & GLASS

Anthony worked with me and did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my car and the timeline he expected to get the car repaired. Two days later my car was fixed and ready to go. Anthony kept me informed via texts and phone calls along the way.

Most of my dealings were with Michael Koop with GEICO. He was always very professional and good natured, and seemed always to be very detailed and knowledgeable in his approach to the job.The communications we're always frequent, if not a bit overzealous, but overall he and Steve with Abra we're both professional and congenial.I could not have expected a better results in the repair of the car. It looks as if nothing ever happened to it. Thank you very much for making this repair an easy experience. Also,it was very good to have the Enterprise Car Rental at the same location.

I am completely satisfied with the service. They did an incredible job on my vehicle however the communication with the progress of my vehicle was a little off. I received a text saying my car would be ready 10/29 but I didn't get my car until 11/4.
