My Rep, Wes was very informative. The Abra experience was great, I love the text updates. Although the personal touch, when Wes would call me made the experience much easier. Initially I was put into a compact car, called a sonic...I thought my damage was minor and things would be taken care of quickly so I thought a small car would be fun for a week. Once the technicians took the number off my car, Wes informed me the damage was much more extensive than the initial estimate and they would need my car a little longer. I was getting ready to go on vacation and needed a car that would accommodate my family. Wes made a call to the Enterprise Manager to help accommodate me, since it was a weekend and no full size cars were available. I was able to get a car that fit the whole family, because of Wes's relationship with Enterprise. So, I would like to give a big shout out and thanks to Wes for his help and the crew who made my car look spectacular! It seems my Kia has taken a beating over the last two years and I've gotten to know your staff pretty good! Here's to not seeing you guys for a while! ???? cheers!

Your whole team is wonderful! This was my 2nd time you have fixed my car. First time the company was White Auto Body and this time was Araba Auto Body and Glass! Both times have been an A rating in my opinion. As before Georgia is super nice and I have always thought and still do that she cares about the people she comes in contact on a daily basis. And always being the professional. Also Chloe who came to pick me up and take myself and my car to my home! She was very nice and professional as well. Also very caring and sweet. As I was in the shop Wes came up to the front and he looked familiar! I think he helped me the first time! He is nice also and has that positive body language that makes you feel at ease to ask questions. Actually that applies to your whole team! It is evident that customer service is important to your company and I don't mind paying the 500 deductible when a company recognizes the importance of good customer service!!! I am completely satisfied and on a scale from ****-10, I rate your whole team a 10!! By the I loved those daily texts. :-)
