The work was completed to a satisfactory level, however there seemed to be instances where there were miscomunicated expectations of completion times.
After taking two weeks to complete the estimate process, I was informed (5/29/15) that it would only take a week to complete the repair work. The following week (6/5/15) I contacted the shop in the late afternoon as I had not heard any status to that point other than the cryptic text messages. At that time I was informed that the last of the parts had arrived that morning and that the vehicle would be complete on Wed (6/10/15). On Tuesday (6/9/15) I received a follow up call around 4:45pm stating that final cleanup work was being completed and the vehicle would be ready Wednesday as planed. Wednesday afternoon at 2:36pm I contacted the shop to verify status, I was told the the Estimator working my vihicle would call me back. Thirty minutes later I received a call from him stating that the pinstripes had not been finished and the vehicle was not detailed. Both of which would be completed Thursday (6/11/15) morning for me to pickup after noon. Thursday morning at 11:09am I was contacted and informed that the vehicle was now having airbag issues which would be corrected and completed by Friday. Friday evening at 4:00pm I contacted the shop again to inquire about the status. I was informed there were new issues that had cropped up.
I can accept unforeseen issues, but I felt like I was left uninformed and the text messages did not help. I don't fully understand why it took two weeks to complete the estimate. But after that time I was told it would take only a week. Once it was determined there was a parts delay, I would have expected a notification on a delay in completion. But then to push again when it should have been done Wednesday was very disappointing and then the further issues which compounded things. The work appears to have been completed to the standards I have seen in the past from White, but as a Customer I felt distanced and uninformed.

I picked up my car after you had it for three weeks. I picked it up today. I took it to my mechanic because the check engine light was on. It was not on when I dropped it off on May 13th. I opened the passenger door and it was
Hard to open. I pulled and the panel buckled. I took it back to Abra to show them. I was instructed to bring it back on Monday. This is unsatisfactory
I will have to get another rental.You will be paying for this. Please have the manager call me asap

I appreciated the honesty from the shop. They contacted me with concerns about the backup camera and if it worked before bringing it in. By them contacting me about the problem allowed me to help the tech in resolving the problem.
This is an example of someone realizing their limitations and searching for the answers, including unlikely resources, which turned into an efficient solution.
