Charlie Guerrero and staff did an excellent job with my car. The work was very thorough (as additional damage was found with my vehicle once the front end was removed) and completed in a timely manner. They dealt directly with the insurance company once I filed the initial claim as well as coordinating a rental car for me while my car was being worked on. Overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Very professional company and staff and the repair work was excellent. I would definitely use this company again should the need present itself in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done on their vehicle.

An excellent experience. I will definitely consider abra the next time I need car repair. My only suggestion is to let the client know if parts have not arrived when scheduled. I had an appointment on Tuesday so I dropped the car off on Monday night. When I called on Tuesday to check the status, I was told my fender wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday. I could have kept my car an extra day. Other than that, the service was outstanding.

The driver window tint was scratched a lot and the rain guard on the driver door was not installed properly because there are gaps and spaces, where you can clearly see it coming off already. Also a lot of black gunk all over below the "new door" below the interior door panel. All of the original vehicle identification from the old parts was not transferred over to the new parts, for example all of my vehicle identification information that was on the quarter panel inside, it had important information about tire pressure, tire size etc.
