I was reluctant to leave my car as I was used to dealing with the dealership to fox me car at there facilities. After speaking with Curtis I was impressed with the explanat ion of materials used and the lifetime guarantee the Fix it and Geico supply for the work they did. He took it a step further and went through a full evaluation of the damages with me which helped me to see another issue that would have been missed. When I received my vehicle after the service was complete, Curtic went through every detail with me. I am grateful for the care and the patience Fix it Poway and Geico handle my car from start to finish in one place. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs. The body work done on my car was fantastic. There is zero evidence of the original damage. The estimator, Curtis Elliott, was professional and thorough, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. The body work was excellent. But the windshield is wrong. I have the heads up display which I can no longer use. It is blurry and no longer crisp and sharp as it was prior to being replaced. I called immediately upon noticing the defect and have not heard back from you

The only comment that I have is that you have gone out of your way to have these communication devices regarding the status of the vehicle and anticipated completion time. However, the actual completion time was different from that listed, and there was no initiation of correcting this on the part of FIX Auto. I had to initiate the efforts to clarify the actual completion time, more than once. It would seem to me that the devices are only as good as the effort to use them.
