Repairs were done well and on time. Communication from the text system indicated a 12/22 completion, but adjuster called to inform me that repairs were completed on 12/19 - which is great. The issue is with the communication between the insurance company, Chrome Collision and Enterprise car rentals. Good customer service would dictate that all 3 are on the same page as to ensuring the least hassle and expense for the customer and that all necessary extensions or approvals are verified upfront.

Extremely courteous people. Justin was especially professional and thorough. I was updated regularly and my vehicle was ready before the promised date. I felt like a celebrity when I arrived to pick my Xterra up. I cannot say enough good things about Chrome Collision.

The car looks great, incredibly polite people, excellent service. A ton of paperwork and plastic "envelopes" left in vehicle though that I didn't see until a guest sat in my back seat. Won't be near shop anytime soon.

Told car would be done on Tue. On Tue called to confirm pick up time for that PM and was told it would not be until Thurs and adjuster would call me back. No one called until Thurs when they said car was done and could be picked up.

I was very pleased with the way Victor handled the whole process and keeping me in the loop. Also appreciated the office staff for their help. And the convenience of enterprise working with chrome was very nice as a bonus.

Amazing customer service. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Everything ran smoothly and I was kept up to date about details concerning my car. Victor made the whole transition that much better for me and everyone was so friendly. Definitely will recommend Chrome Collision for any auto body repairs
