My experience was fantastic!! From being able to pick up and drop off rental car on location, to the amazing customer service that I received. Courtney and Robert were so professional and courteous. They always kept me updated on the progress of my car’s repair. The repair was very fast and the car looked good as new and they even did a courtesy quiick external and internal cleaning of the vehicle. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Fix Auto for anyone needing repair on their vehicle.

Starting with Courtney who answered my calls arrange my rental car and head out all the paperwork it couldn't of been more professional kind and proficient. She is a real delight and you're very fortunate to have her working at your Company. It was not a comfortable thing for me as I've never been in an accident and never had to go through his kind a body shop situation so I would highly recommend to anyone to bring their car for bodywork to your company. Also Ryan who handled the estimate and reviewed my cars needs was excellent as well kind professional and easy to work with. Again all in all I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car to your business!

Although it took a little bit long than expected for the part I needed to come in my car looked fantastic when I got it back!!! It was like brand new, like nothing happened! And an extra plus they detailed it! Have to give them extra props for that because my dogs hair is NOT easy to get out lol!
