We took the BMW in to get fixed the right drivers side door. When picking it up, my husband noticed what he thought was a dent in the bumper. It turned out to be a small circular hole in the bumper. So we went to have it fixed and when your staff put a hole in the bumper, it inconvenienced me more from you having to then repair that damage. And when my husband asked how much a paint job would be, a blond lady stated that it'd be too much money for us and that there is a shop that does it cheaper. We own a business and I guarantee that we bring in more in a month than that lady plus a few other of your staff employees salaries are combined. We are not flashy people but that was just rude. And in being a a business, a quote should have been given. Not a rude response insinuating that we are poor or don't have enough money for that; especially since you staff put a hole in our vehicle. From one business owner to another: hire staff that will make you money, not lose you money.
