I rarely leave reviews or comments, but the professionalism and quick turnaround Abra provides is truly unique. I also feel it is necessary to give a special recognition to Megan. Her commitment to ensuring everything exceeds the customer's (in this case, mine) expectations is truly refreshing. She seems like an invaluable employee and I only wish that there were more people like her not only in customer service oriented positions, but in the world as a whole. While the circumstances surrounding visiting a place like Abra are never, or at least I imagine very rarely, positive, Megan and the crew make you feel as comfortable as possible. So, while I never hope to have to visit you again, thank you. - Jason

Everything was great, Megan and Josh were wonderful to work with, but shortly after I drove away with the car, I noticed the inside of the car was very dirty. My car was 3 days old when I was rear ended, so it was pristine inside when I brought it in. Now, there's a layer of dust all over everything. It looks like the windows/doors were left open in the shop. This dirt/dust is very obvious on black leather. I was wearing a black suit, when I got back to work my suit was filthy with dust/dirt as well from the seat :( Now I feel like I need to detail the interior to get it back to the condition it was in prior to brining it to ABRA. Lastly, the low tire pressure light was on, so I had to stop and pay to fill them myself at a gas station on Christmas Eve when I got it back. Seems that would've been and easily fixed by you during a final test drive? The customer service was fantastic really! But the condition of my new vehicle was disappointing.
