When I received my original quote, I was told and quoted that the rear bumper comes pre painted. I was happy with the low cost plus with excellent reputation I heard about ABRA, I decided to proceeded with the repair.
When the part came in, I was not notified that it was not painted and it will cost me extra to have it painted.
I made an appointment signed some documents. One particular document I signed is that I requested to be notified for extra cost prior to continuing the work. I did received a call but that's after it was painted.
I was disappointed how my service was handled. There were 2 chances ABRA could had told me the extra cost and both times failed.
In short, I'm not a happy customer.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Luke went above and beyond. He transferred my belongings from my rental vehicle into my car. It was a bitterly cold evening, and I had a lot of things,(had stuff taking to storage); so that was greatly appreciated. And he also put my back seats down to increase capacity. A manager came up to me as I was leaving and inquired about my experience; gave you rave reviews. And my car looks good;can not tell where it was damaged. AND I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE MY SWEET MACHINE BACK!! THANK YOU!!!

I was not at all satisfied with the quality of work that was performed on my car. I went in with damage caused by a hit and run. Know I am also dealing with damage caused by the auto shop ABRA. This is not what I thought this experience would be not at all what I expected. What should have been a week turnaround on my car repair is now going on two weeks and counting.
