Customer service was great. I also appreciated the updates on the repair status. The only reason I said that I was not completely satisfied was that I still don’t feel like I understand what was done to our car. The repair simply went forward and no one told us how things were looking or what was being done.

There are so alignments and matching on my fender and body that have not been done good, I have to retake it to be fixed while they knew that I had rentals and i won’t have rentals anymore
