My service and contact person Phil was exceptional until the day of pick up. The service person Ed literally pointed me to my car and walked away while I was inspecting my vehicle and attempting to ask questions. Car also was not washed and had bird excrement on it. I noticed that when Ed had taken the customer ahead of me to get car , he was back for me before I could take my seat . My husband recently had his car serviced here and was so impressed that he wanted me to bring my car as here as well. I left disappointed at the treatment I received when picking up my vehicle.

You should prep the cars better for delivery before hand off. Driver side floor Matt was full of shop/paint dust as well as the driver seat.

I travel for work and was on a tight schedule and I felt as if there were some delays in finishing up my vehicle that could have been avoided or a better explanation as to what could delay my vehicle repairs being finalized.
