They did a beautiful job. It will take some time for the top of the door to match the roof (pretty noticable tone change between the two) but they did beautiful work. No sign whatsoever where they did their work which is the way it should be. The only thing I was a little disappointed about (opportunity for improvement) was that they didn't appear to have fully detailed the outside of the car. It looked like they just polished and buffed the side they had worked on but hadn't spent any time to make the rest of the car look detailed as well. Perhaps it was pollen that got on the car while it sat in the lot for at least half a day, but still, it should be presented to a customer spotless all around when coming from a body shop.

This claim took a bit longer than normal because of paint match issues and I got a bit cranky and impatient I will admit. But you handled my concerns nicely and I appreciated it. Everyone was very helpful and explained the work that was done to me. I appreciated the calls each day that let me know my car was being taken care of. I would like to suggest that the person who does make the phone calls, that they speak a little slower. Otherwise the phone calls were very professional and to the point. Estimate was off by double and time changed tonic weeks to repair. I dropped off 1st rental rental car to get a cheaper one. Then car was completed in 3 or 4 days. The repair was done well. The estimate process seemed flawed. I missed several hours of work dealing with the rental cars.
