I had my car towed to one location than you had it towed an hour away it took over a week to get the estimate done and a month and a half to repair. I understand that there is nothing you can do about back ordered parts but I didn't appreciate the circles I had to go in to get may car checked out in the 1st place.

They were very informative during the entire process. They always gave me updates regarding my vehicle.

Service was EXCELLENT. Not only were the repairs done in a timely manner, but it was quality work. My car was cleaned thoroughly and air was put in my tires. Wow! I'm very impressed. I would recommend this shop and location to anyone who need work.

I would first like to say, John was absolutely wonderful. My vehicle was dropped off on the 29th and from then I called just about every other day, for updates and questions. John was helpful, reliable and put all fears at ease. I wasn't expecting that at all, considering it was my first accident, I was unaware of what the process was like. John made me feel like a friend and I will definitely go back to this location for any other vehicle related needs. I seriously can't say enough good things about him. I also took picture and posted it to my Facebook to recommend this location to my friends. And I live about a hour away! The paint job and detail on my truck was also amazing, the body work made it seem like nothing happened. It was refreshing to get my truck back after all of this happened, and it coming back clean, and back to what it was before the accident. John went above and beyond, Im so so impressed and so glad that my truck went to this location. I can't say enough honestly! Thank you so much. John's awesome. So is your team behind the scenes.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Abra. Right off the bat everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I also liked the text updates on the progress of my repairs and the pictures that were included too. I would definitely recommend Abra to others!

The manager is the definition of professionalism. I felt always like a valued customer and enjoyed getting pictures of the car as it was being fixed. The end result is phenomenal and they even cleaned the door mats. I hope I never get rear ended again, but if I do, I know Abra's got my back! Thank you so much!
