Overall service was excellent! Mr Martin kept me informed of progress on my vehicle. He was very professional and also my van was cleaned inside and out.My vehicle was ready on time. I was impressesed!! Initially, Ms. Penny was nice and professional. Very helpful. After picking up my vehicle I received a phone call from Ms Penny. She was, in my opinion, rude and unprofessional. She was calling to inform me about insurance check payment from other party was sent to my mailing address which I was unaware of. So I asked if she was sure check mailed to me and not my mother, the owner of the vehicle. She said "Yes, Mailed to my home address in Knoxvile" "We can tell if the check has been cashed and I would Chase you down because it is my job to hunt people down for payment" That conversation could have gone So much better, with a more polite and professional understanding tone.

I had never heard of Abra prior to my need of repair service. After this experience though, I will definitely be suggesting this company to family and friends. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the efficiency of there technicians, the way they approach a breakdown/repair, and there follow up with customers. It seems to be a very productive, and successful business. After this experience I can see why. I was also pleased with the customer service given to my by Peter Crdoba at the Callahan location.
