The car's garage door opener which was working before the repair is no longer operating. The left front bottom side of car has air bubbles which we were told will disappear. We were told that the car would be washed and cleaned before delivery to us and it was not done.

I was not notified at any point during the repair of my car of the status of the repair. I had to call numerous times in order to figure out what was going on. I wasn't even aware of when my car would be ready for pickup until I called 3 different times. If I didn't call them, I probably would not have gotten my car back when I did. It is very unprofessional and frustrating when I was guaranteed status updates and received absolutely nothing until I made the calls. I was told that I would be called back on different occasions, and never was called back; in fact, I was the one who had to follow up. While the work was good, my dashboard was switched to another language that I had to figure out how to change myself.

E-mail updates are very nice surprise, but emails about my job stopped coming as the job neared completion, i did not get updates as the finish date was extended a few days, never received a "completed" notice, had to call to find out when job would be completed, and when i finally did get the call on Sat afternoon - the message was "you truck is done, but we are closed for the weekend, see you monday!" ....
