I am extremely satisfied with the complete care I was given from my initial call to my pick up at Delta! When I originally spoke to George Scifo he assured me that any additional calls that needed to be made to the insurance covering the repair would be handled by him instead of me, I was extremely relieved. The exchange of the estimate information went very smoothly. My vehicle was scheduled and the rental was great. Having an Enterprise rep on the premises was wonderful and I've never had that experience. The best surprise was getting the car back within 2days of dropping it off. Wow!! Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied and thank all who were involved. Thank you all for a job well done to say the least!!

Between my boyfriend and I, due to a few mishaps, we have used delta 5 times in the last 2 years. We've always loved their work/quality, and customer service. This last time was not the greatest experience. Due to a typing error, my phone number was incorrect so we had no contact and my car took longer than anticipated. As frustrated as you could imagine I was, since I was also without a car rental (secretary knew and never told anyone else) The owner (Phil?) and George did a great job and accommodated me, knowing I was just very frustrated. The way they handled me, made me realize they truly do value every customer they have and that alone is commendable.
My only complaint after it is all said and done would be that someone needs to let the secretary know that she is not the owner and needs to step off her high horse. Therefore when someone asks to speak to someone above her,to discuss the matter at hand, do not reply and say "they will tell you the same thing" Please let me find out myself. I would recommend this place always to anyone, because it's always a very painless experience with great work.
