Staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Delta to others if they need their car fixed. The only thing that I can think of is to better enhance the texting update feature, for example, car is not ready for pick up today than having the person call. But other than that, great job and excellent work!

I was ALMOST completely satisfied. While the car looks wonderful and the communication was excellent, I was extremely disappointed to find that the items in the trunk were not put away, ie the jack was laying in the trunk and should have been put away. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
