I was particularly pleased with Felipe, the Geico assessor and with Minerva, who helped me over the phone and in person to get updates on the progress of the repairs to my car. I was also happy with the mechanic who brought my car to me (Mike, I think) and explained the work that was done. Great job overall!

Service was outstanding from the start to the finish. Minerva was very helpful and professional. Felipe from gieco was also very professional and his work was outstanding. This is not my first time at delta collision and I always keep coming back because of the outstanding work they do.. Recommend it!

I really appreciated the quality of repair that was done to my vehicle. The text message updates gave assurances that my car was being serviced on a timely basis. I also noticed that my car was vacuumed and washed, which gave me a greater level of satisfaction. Having Enterprise Rental Car at the same place was very convenient too. missing my electrical trailer connection plug. You replaced my bumper and tow hitch but forgot to replace the factory installed plug for the trailer lights. Please contact me when this can be done.
