My experience with PBS was more than I expected, I was greeted with a smile, enjoyed conversations with varsity of staff, they made me feel like a friend and not a customer, explained the process, what to expect and found a flower in my car when everything was finalized. It is the simplest things, the kind gesture that makes a world of difference to ease an already stressful situation. I highly recommend PBS to anyone who is seeking a great body shop..thank you!

From the time I dropped my car off to the completion, there was wonderful customer service. The work that was performed on my car was phenomenal! The car was fixed very fast and the look is better than it was before thr accident. The entire stff went over the top for my car and I just wnt to tell you guys thank for an excellent job done on my vehicle. You will be recommended to the Coast Guard service members. Thanks alot!

Using a direct repair facility offered me a level of convenience and confidence that I really appreciated. Beyond the excellent communication and the nice touch upon delivery of my vehicle (thank you for the flower ), the repair to my vehicle was top notch. All seams and gaps on the body are aligned beautifully. There is no evidence that the body was damaged. Thank you so much!
