The time it took to repair my car took too long and customer sevice was bad. Julie was in charge of the follow up with my car. At times when i would try to get a hold of her regarding my car, but i was told she was busy and they would have her call me back, but I would not get a call back. She told me my car was ready for pick up last week, but then tells me that it's still not ready. I was upset about the situation when i spoke to her and all she did was argue back with me. A part from that, my car was fixed up nicely. The workers did a good job.

Please give me a call tomorrow. I'm in the east coast. We are 3 hours ahead. However who ever checked out the vehicle did not check to make sure my hood was closed all the way. My son drove home on the freeway and felt the hood shaking and had to pull over to close it so he didn't have an accident. I'm very upset that he could have been in accident on the highway at a fast speed of the freeway. Luckily he New to pull over and close it properly.
