I've notice 3 problems that needs correcting. #****. top of the tailgate is not even. It's level on passenger side, but it's lower on driver side, which causes problem #2. #2 tailgate door driver side gap is larger than the gap on the passenger side. #3 passenger side of the rear bumper isn't even with the cars passenger side panel where bumper meets side panel.

I have taken my bmw to get repaired here several times before, but the name was different a few years back because it was under different ownership. I was happy to hear that although the name has changed, many of the people working there remained. I was beyond pleased with the service this time around. My car was ready before expected and they did an amazing job at repairing my car and left it like new:) the people there are also all incredibly nice!!

Daniel Holguin and Staff are all professional. Daniel has an amazing eye for catching small dings and scratches. The office staff very welcoming. I've taken four of my vehicles to Marcos (Service King) and I'm happy to see some of the body/paint guys still working there. They know their stuff and they see Daniel as a true leader. As for the Gentleman who received the car prior to working on it, he was very good and very polite. I believe his name was Jose. Good job Service King. Keep up the good work Alvaro. And thank you Ryan for keeping on the loop. Gracias everyone.

Tri and Jose both have great customer service. They were not only helpful but did an amazing job on my Honda odyssey 2012. I would definitely come back and will refer others! The both should get a promotion. It's hard these days to find good customer service these days but I didn't have a problem this time around! Best, Tritia Chang
