This is my third experience with your body shop and as always I am satisfied. I am happy to know that Daniel H. Continues to work at ur san gabriel shop as he is very helpful along with Trye. The whole staff is very attentive to customers and does not ignore anyone. Thanks again

This was the fastest service I've experienced. With every update I received, I was surprised the progress was quick. Thank you for having my car done in a timely manner.

First off your text message updates are not accurate. I kept getting text message updates that my car was estimated to be completed by 2-17. In reality my car was completed on 2-12. I don't like that your text messages are misleading. If they aren't accurate you shouldn't send them out to customers. It becomes a disservice and customers make plans as to when they need to pick up their car. I wasn't able to pickup my car till the 17th bc i had other plans. Second, an interior passenger head liner panel in my car was not properly placed back after the repair. It is not flush and actually protrudes out of two joining panels. Also, my rear passenger bench seat is not anchored properly back. I'm assuming,again, that the seat was removed when repairing the car. I have taken this car twice before to this very same shop when it was Marco's Auto Body. I received exceptional service and didn't have any issues. Marco's took their time with my car and made sure that I was happy. To say the least, I will not recommend Service King to any of my friends nor will I return for any future repairs. Your service is not exceptionally amazing like Marco's Auto Body. Not to mention, you don't give out touch up bottles of extra paint like Marco's did. It's the attention to detail that made Marco's a good body shop.
