The overall experience was good. I was disappointed with Tri not clearly communicating when the vehicle was scheduled to be ready. Upon pick up the team was very thorough and made my family feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. So overall we are satisfied.

I have been a loyal customer of Marcos Collision Center for many years in the past. when my new car was involved in an accident, i was saddened to learn that Marco's was owned by another company and the name had been changed to Service King. I was in such disbelief that I had to go to the location in San Gabriel, Ca. to see for myself. after talking to a few staff members, I learned that some of the same staff were still there and ensured me that I would receive the same high quality work as before. Getting to the point, I received nothing less! The weekly follow up on the status of my car was superb. I especially thank Mr. Hien Ly for going above and beyond in keeping me informed and making sure that I was completely satisfied. The sense of knowing that my car was in trustworthy hands at Service King has sustained my loyalty!!!!

I would have wanted to know exactly what the steps were in order to get my car taken care. It seems different people told me different things and I wasted about 7 days. Thank goodness Danny took over and got me through the process. Once he took over the process went smoothly but the girls in the office sure did confuse me!

Your entire staff, starting from the time I checked in my car, to the time I drove away, was friendly, efficient and very courteous. I have never received such a high level of service and treatment from any body shop. I could not believe upon delivery, how the entire car was detailed, inside and out, including under the hood. The drive check around the block and checking that ALL the lights were operational was so unexpected.........I could go on and on about your company. I told Manuel as we did the drive check, Marcos is the Cadillac of body shops, no, I mean, the Mercedes Benz of body shops! EXCELLENT WORK!! THANK YOU MARCO'S COLLISION CENTERS FOR EVERYTHING!
