I like the set up, with geico, auto shop and car rental next to each other. It was a truly one stop process. The communication by text is quick and non intrusive. Car looks fine after repair.

Excelent service. Good time. I received bu Gerardo, who was on time and he explained every detail simple and fast. Then I received the car rental for enterprise and the agent was fabulous. In two minutes I was out of the body shop. I received some messages during the job, thats nice, and finally i picked up the car on time. Excellent customer experience!

You had told me my car was ready via phone and email. I drive to pick it up and it wasn't ready until several hours later. I had to make an extra trip there and back.
