The quality and efficiency of the work was excellent. My car was ready earlier than the expected date. The custom service was outstanding, Robert stayed late in order to accommodate my work schedule so I could drop off the rental and pick up my car once repairs were finished. Everyone I came into contact with at Mountain View Body Shop was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for work in the future if it were necessary (althiugh, hopefully not because of an auto accident :) I would also highly recommend you to family and friends. - all staff i interacted with was polite, nice, knowledgeable and helpful
- the final cost was in line with the initial quote
- the repair was completed on schedule
- I received regular, relevant updates. I did not feel the need to call all the time to know what is happening
- having been given a ride back to work after dropping off the car and being picked up when the car was ready was a really nice gesture, a perfect example of going above and beyond providing excellent customer service
