My experience at Service King this past week was awesome. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly from Marisol the front desk receptionist to the other lady (I forgot her name but it starts with a C), and Richard my Service Advisor. Richard was very promopt with keeping me up to date with everything by sending me follow up emails on the process and anticipated finish date. I am very impressed and satisfied with the customer service at Service King. I will definitely recommend this location to my family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you Service King!

In this day and age, great customer service is very rare. Dave was very up front when giving the estimate, and Mikayla did an excellent job of answering any questions, and keeping me updated on the repairs.

My blind spot system fault light is is on. There is a crack on the left side bed. I'm going to have to take more time off from work to have this fixed. No. I'm not happy.
