My family has always came to CDE. And the staff always went out they way to satisfy them. This time I was not satisfied. I feel like for what was paid out the car should've looked better. I had 2 low tires in the back n still could see a scratch on my back bumper

They were very friendly at first( tech explained everything, but once completed, no one was there, they just gave me the keys, no look over, no one to ask if I had any concerns, the receptionist was very rude, would hang up before I was finished with the conversation ( usually you wait to hear the customer say goodbye) she had a very nonchalant attitude about my concern about leaving the rental. I got the impression that everything is staged, they are to be on their best behavior at the first visit ( to get your business) but once they have it, and job is completed, you then see their true colors.
