I called after I picked up my vehicle with some general questions about how to possibly get more work done on my car and the two people that I encountered seemed like they didn't have time to answer my questions, they seemed somewhat annoyed that I was asking questions and the questions were being asked because I was so happy with my repairs but now that the work is finished,my questions don't seem important.

This is not enough space to truly express the level of customer service exhibited at CDE. My adjuster Tony Gustin, the Geico representative, Tony Larocchia, and the clerk Jacqueline Gonzalez, we're exceptionally pleasant considering the ordeal I had just experienced (auto accident). I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in Chicago. Even the Tow truck driver from Superior, was comforting. GEICO has truly chosen a superb shop for their repair representation. And the timely manner of their repairs was unbelievable. I have tons of great things to say about CDE'S service. I've never experienced anything like it. Gratefully signed, Nicole R
