Matt Zemgulis was awesome. He kept me in the loop daily. I was aware of the progress. Car was completed a week prior to estimated completion date. Work looks fantastic. The two women that work in the front were welcoming and comforting about my experience, the waiting area was clean and did not remind me of a repair shop, which I really liked. The text messages updating me on every stage reassured me that my insurance company referred me to a good company. I really liked and appreciated the fact that the rental car agent was present right in the lobby, I was in and out with my rental in no time. Overall everything combined my experience was great and I walked away knowing that CDE is not just a good company but a great company. I will definitely be referring your company to friends and family.
