The consistent update about the status of my vehicle made the experience very satisfying. It as if I was sitting in the garage being a part of the repairs. The staff was professional and courteous. I plan on coming back to Regional Auto Repairs and sharing my experience with others in need of vehicle repair services. I will monitor the quality of the paint over the next several weeks and send an update of how its holding up. Thanks!

I was frustrated with the delays in the completion of the work on my car and that the part is still not here. I found the text message system initially helpful but later lacked any information. I received the 'your car is done, come pick it up' text 10 minutes before the estimated pick up (after it was delayed 3x). And not to be picky because the work itself was excellent but there is 4 in gouge/scratch in my steering wheel that wasn't there when I dropped it off.

Overspray on running boards, headlight not aligned properly, door handle on driver side back door doesn't work. Doesn't appear repairs were checked closely prior to returning vehicle. Will be returning today to fix issues.

Had to wait a month to have a small repair done. Told the repair of small dent would take two days. Dropped car at 8am on a Monday and was told that I would get daily updates. I called three days later on Wed. After no contact and was told it would be ready on Fri. Three days later than told so I had no chance to get a rental if I had been told ahead of time. Repair rep. Was indifferent throughout entire process, downright surly. Repair looked good. Except car had big globs of glue or something like that, needed to be cleaned off only after I pointed it out.
