Missing the emergency release latch in truck, truck lid doesnt seem evenly spaced on the sides, and truck lid doesn't always stay open I almost lost a finger tonight, I will be calling regional tomorrow about it

Only issue was poor communication with Nationwide in getting estimate approved. Took a week to get approval. It appears that the problen was on Nationwide end.

I couldn't have been more pleased on how easy this whole thing was. Everyone from the girls at the front desk the gentlemen that took the information and explained everything that would happen. Love the text messages that made doing my job so easy. Last but not lease. On a Friday night everyone looking to go home they waited for me to get there after they were closed so I could get the car that I needed to take clients out over the weekend. Thank you all so very much. I love Regional Auto .
