My dissatisfaction lies mostly with the Enterprise experience. But I was also not consulted about options during the repair process, whether I wanted all 811 worth of repairs made or not, and what my options were with the repairs I wanted versus needed (necessary versus cosmetic). This is not good customer service.

I was told they would touch up my car. They didn't keep up there word with me. As much money as they charged my insurance company they should've done a better job. Then they gave me back my car dirty. I guess that's how they treat there customers but I want ever go back or refer anyone else.

The only issue was having a choice of a truck or mustang from Enterprise, as a senior citizen I really needed a better choice . the repair was excellent, however I was told the car would be ready by 5;30 that day but had to wait until the next day.

I greatly appreciated receiving text and updates on my vehicale. It was so convenient to be updated that way instead being called constantly and intrupted at work. The staff was very courteous and knowledgable about their job and the task that would be performed on my car and accurate as well. I can't wait to recammend people I know to Regional Auto.

Even with the delay in getting my car back your customer service is outstanding. The day I brought my car in the reassurance everything would be ok realty helped. Rental car right there another help. You have a great team at Regional Auto Battleground location.
