There is still a mark on the bumper and being told it is equal to a "rock chip" and "that's the best I could do" isn't 100%. Also there is a place on the lower bumper with blue marker circled around it. It looks like someone forgot to finish the job! Regardless if the "manager" was there the day I brought it in or not, I don't think I should have been called to pick up my car if it wasn't ready.

It was a lot of money out of my pocket and my insurance for me to have to come back. My window does not roll down and the buttons on the driver door to operate the Windows is out of place. I am not completely satified

Everyone was friendly, courteous and attentive. The daily status updates were very helpful. Dave was a particular standout. He took the time to explain the process, options and estimated time frame.
