Was originally told by the manager Steve Kelly that the service adviser assigned to my vehicle was JT. The van was at the shop two weeks before I heard from JT. When I tried to call JT, all i could get was his voice mail. When I finally talked to JT, he informed my that service for my vehicle was ****. The vehicle was towed to the shop on Oct. 16th. I was told by Steve Kelly the vehicle should be ready on Nov 15th to 17th. Don't think they even started the work until Nov 10th. Received the final bill and told the van was ready on Nov 28th. Very slow service! Would not recommend your shop.

We picked up our van today. Unfortunately it is as if only half the work was done. We were instructed the parts would be ordered and we would be completely satisfied before it was all said and done.

Well the repair look good but my tire light was on they should have check it because it was on when I gave it to them my window make a noise anf they must only clean the side the fix because my driver mirror was dirty can not see out of it the could have clean the out side a little better wipe it down I gave up my 500

Panels don’t match (hood to front grill, blinker in fender flare, etc), vehicle was refused three separate times for poor repair, each time going back for extensive mechanical repairs. Yesterday I was informed i would incur storage fees if i didn’t pay the deductible and remove my vehicle from the premises by Monday. So I did. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I intend to be vocal regarding my discontent.
