I was told i could receive text messages for communication purposes but the messages were not always the correct information. i wasn't told that my bumper would not look the same as the one i had!

I would have been completely satisfied if my car had been detailed before being returned. It was a terribly huge hassle to be without my car. That would have been a nice touch to take the sting off.
