Today I went to pick up my car and I was in a bad mood from dealing with the auto rental company. Your front desk lady was so friendly and caring within minutes I forget why I was upset, I had my car and out the door in minutes, happy with my experience and the way my auto looked. But that was not the end , on my way home I received a call from you great front desk lady, she called the rental company and straights out everything. That was above the call of duty she needs to be recognized .word of mouth is worth more than money I was very please with my can and happy the way I was treated. I have told many people already again thank you.

I was very happy with the consistent updates regarding my car that I received via text messages and phone calls. My car was only 2 months old and only had 1600 miles on it so to have it vandalized was very stressful and upsetting. But with Geico and San Joaquin collision who both helped me get through the stress of filing my first insurance claim and getting my car fixed and back to how it was originally relatively seamless. I am very thankful
