Inconsistencies in the estimate document and the final bill. After all, I came back for service based on the price you told me you would charge. Also, a loose rubber strip was on the rear passenger door.

I have a slight orange peel appearance in the paint which I know sometimes happens. I will call next week about getting it fixed.

There're three disappointing incidents that occured while my vehicle was in the care of California Customs... ****) I didn't recived a proper breifing or final inspection from a California Customs Representative on the work prior to/completing of my vechile. I was giving a short time to pick vechile up on Christmas Eve due to Shop closing at 3pm....I was notified around ****:30pm. Upon arrival no staff seemed intrested in inspecting my vehicle along with me. 2) My vehicle received other damages while in the possession of California Customs. Freshly damages was position not noticable to me because its located on passenger tail end lower rear wheel fender. I immediately noticed the huge dent as i was wiping down my vehicle the next morning. 3) Passenger floor mat had a huge glob of vacuum scum on floor mat...My wife stepped in it. Also, passenger side front window wasn't cleaned at all.... ((Thick Wash water film covering entire window with a mixture of sanding residue)..this was minor...i took care of it...Although my wife wasnt too please... I would like for some to explain to me, what was repaired/replaced on the front supensions and most importantly the new damages to be repaired with car properly cleaned. Have Blesses Evening
