I never got text updates like they said I would. Communication was horrible. Today, I got a call from the rental car company - which is how I found out my car was ready. I called them at lunch and was told it was being sent to detail. Arrived at 4 to pick up car and car was not detailed at all and. Tire pressure was low on all 4 tires. Do not recommend them.
