While my car was being repaired at this facility California Customs, it was hit on my passenger side back door with two dents and a deep dash ingraved in the lower bottom. When asked how did this happen the supervisor denied my car damages occured while in their possession. I HAVE to much to already deal with since an previous accident with getting reared ended on 10/12/2015. And I wont settled for this here. My car has scratches already I can honesty admit, but it also accquired new damages that was not present by no means. I would never go back to California Customs. Mr. Jeffery the supervisor showed no condolence for my vechile getting damage while there at his facility... Never again and I will now take it further..

My car was not clean when it was returned and there was a old part on my seat. Very unprofessional.there was no walk thru to show me what was done. Recieved my keys and was basically told to fetch for it. Not a good experience at all.

I was concerned when I drove off. I noticed my engine light and traction were on. Went to fill up my tank. After I turned the motor back on, the lights were off. It made me nervous. The repair was beautiful done!! But I was nervous about those indicator lights which were not on when brought to CC. Everyone was great and easy to work with
