They were great. I had tail light out totally irrelivent to my damage. It was changed without question. My car was extreamly dirty when it went in. It came out detailed inside and out! Customer service was awsome. They made it quick and easy. They also Had things very conviemct with updates via text message. The text messages were accruate to the first estimation. So it was very easy to schedule to pick up my car. With my busy schedule

Didn't entirely fixt car. I felt my brakes were worse and they said nothing was wrong. I took it to another shop and they not only found that I had a caliper messed up but they also found that my front strut involved in the accident was in of replacement also. The customer service was excellent but the work done was sub par and I will not ever be returning for service in the future.

Cindy is awesome. She has excellent customer service, from my first conversation with her I was impressed. She greeted me and asked if I was ok from the accident and I was moved by her genuine concern. She represents C.D.E. with excellent because of her being my first impression of your company I was confident and happy with the choice I made of having my vehicle repaired there. Your entire team is great. You guys have mastered the customer service aspect as so many companies seem to have forgotten it.

I was satisfied that the repair was done in a prompt and professional manner. One thing that is a bit annoying to me is that when you turn on your radio on the way home after the repair, you here some rap music playing on FM 92.3, and that is not a station I listen too. I had to reset the clock and date, but that is fine, so did the radio station just pop up by some default sitting and go to this station? Who knows. I have had my truck serviced at at facilities and others change the stations too so when they are detailing or prepping the truck, they too tune it to their station of choice. It's not a big deal, but I am not a rap fan, so any rap for me is too much, and I listen to most everything. Your business is very neat and organized, and looks professional. When you go in to discuss repairs, and/or you are going to pick up your vehicle after a repair, you have to wait time and time again as other customers are calling in and asking questions. Driving to the facility and standing in front of the receptionist awards you "available time" between phone calls, so that tries my patience, since I have very little to start with. I do want to say that Cindy does address and express clear information to the customers she is talking too, as I heard her talk to several customers each time I was in...while I was waiting to be serviced. PS: I am a Service Manager for a industrial packaging company and I have 2 staff members that work for me who address customer needs, orders, and repair scheduling, so I understand the situation to have **** or 2-people address the front desk and task that this position covers. Maybe a "Post Repair" checkout and walk-by person could possibly focus on customer pickup needs, so you can address and handle the completed repair customer needs, so you can leave a "Last Impression" that is very positive and inviting. Yes, I am a bit detailed and ****, but I take pride in taking the best care of our customers, and I can see by your building and operation that your ownership is investing in a "Great Customer Experience" so getting honest feedback helps to review you day to day operations.
