We didn't want a rental car & was talked into one. The Hertz dealership were awful & they knew that. Hertz overcharged on the insurance and I returned the rental car early and found they quoted me lower price but charged me a higher price. When I told my agent he went his manager & they said they would take the overcharge off our deductible and they didn't when we went to pick up the car. They said they'd send us a check. They told us it take 4 days to and it took a week and half to replace a rear bumper and one tail light. The work on the car was good but the experience from the time I dropped off car to picking it up was a hassle. Wouldn't go there again.

Received my car a day later than promised. Once I picked up (day late), I noticed my reverse camera was no longer working, so I had to take back another day.

Staff very courteous and helpful. I was always informed about the status of my car. I love the follow up texts too. I will definitely come back should Tvneed any further bodywork done. Car looks great and was even washed for me.
